I spent a lot of time research and browsing registry options so you don’t have to. Save yourself the time and take a look at my top 5 reasons I decided on Amazon!

1. You create your list and as your guests buy things off the list or from elsewhere they are able to mark the items off on your list so others can see what has been bought and what you still wish for.

2. Amazon and this great special where 60 days before your your due date, you will get a 10% off code (or 15% off if you’re a Prime) to purchase the remaining items off your list! Perfect time to get those big ticket items like crib, pack n play, swing or baby furniture for the nursery. Whatever you have on your registry is free game so take advantage of it.

3. Returns could never been easier and all you have to do is use their step by step instructions to get the items returned to get a gift card to spend on the items you still need. Say you got doubles of something at your shower or from a family friend that was being sweet. It’s no problem, Amazon will return it. Many of the items are under a 90 day return policy compared to the normal 30 day. How awesome is that! I took Advantage of this feature and didn’t feel rushed to return everything the same week as the shower.

4. You put the address you wish for the gifts to be sent to. So anyone anywhere can buy something on your list and have it sent to you with ease. No need to give out your address. Just send them the registry link and from there everything they buy will come to you. They even have the option to create a message to go with the gift. There even a section for them say who it is from and this makes it easy to go back into the registry to write thank you cards. No need to worry about missing someone’s thank you card if they bought your gift from your registry because Amazon makes that part super easy for you!
